1. Must hold valid foreign (outside P.R. China) citizenship.(Emmigrants must hold Passport / Citizenship certificate from at least 4 years and 2-year "Proof of Residence" at their country in recent 4 years.

2. Possess good physical and mental health.

3. Aged between 18-30 years with cut-off date on 1st September 2021.6(Applicant under 18 years of age needs to produce valid certificate of guardian residing in China.)

4. Have either completed or will complete final year of high school before registration at NPU.

5. Possess good academic results.

Cut-off academic requirement for different grading systems is:

For Nepal, the cut-off requirement is (3/5).

Language Requirements

Applicant meeting following criteria does not need to fulfill language requirements:

1. Chinese Language Programs:

a) Native Chinese speakers or have completed high school education in China.

2. English Language Programs:

a) Native English speakers or have completed high school education in native English-speaking countries(Native English speaking countries:https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/international/english-speaking-countries)

2. Clear copy of passport.

7. Non-criminal record certificate (produced within Last 5 months).

8. Copy of physical examination certificate.

9. Documents should be in English/ Chinese OR supplemented by notarized English /Chinese translations.
